Every now and then we all need a little help . We need someone to hear us and help us work through emotional as well as our physical challenges . If you are in that situation I am here to help. As a licensed Life Coach, a Reiki and a Wellness advisor and I am here it help you work through whatever challenges that you might be experiencing via Zoom or Facetime.  In person are sessions available upon request based on location.  Pricing available upon request . All sessions are private and confidential.

Life Coaching Sessions

$75. per hour

Healthy Kitchen Services

30 minute phone consultation (food and nutrition)  $40.

 In home kitchen set up   $75.  (1 hour)

 Kitchen set up and Grocery Shopping $200.

 Cooking classes $75. per hour

 All services payable through Venmo, CashApp and Zelle
